How to use

  1. Read the 10 questions. They are habits such as saying when you feel hurt, coordinating schedules, specific praise, and event-focused talk.
  2. On each item choose one of Almost never · Sometimes · Often · Very often.
  3. Empty items are not totaled. After choosing all, click See result.
  4. Check the score (/ 30), band (slow · moderate · active), and a short entertainment line.
  5. Again clears your choices. It is not a dating-ability or compatibility number.
  6. It is self-report answered alone. Do not use a partner’s score as a ranking, and do not replace therapy.

Key concepts: relationship warmth and LQ

What the internet calls LQ (Love Quotient) is not a standard psychological test. This quiz only shows the sum of 0–3 points on 10 communication and coordination-habit items. Items cover saying hurt feelings, overlapping schedules, specific praise, event-focused talk, contact rhythm, refusal, sharing joy, stating alone time, care on tired days, and appointment time. 10 or below is slow, 11–20 is moderate, and 21 or above is active — in-house bands.

It does not measure or diagnose compatibility with a partner, attachment style, personality disorder, breakup likelihood, or dating ability. It is self-report answered alone, so it sways with that day’s mood. A relationship cannot be reduced to one score, and do not use a score your partner did not take as a ranking.

Example

Choosing mostly “Sometimes” (1 point) on all ten often lands near 10, on the slow–moderate border. Many “Very often” answers get the active band plus a note to check the other person’s pace too. Only “Almost never” is near a sum of 0 and the slow band. Leave one item empty and you get guidance instead of a score. A low score is not a verdict of too little love. Items such as refusing with a reason and reducing tasks on a tired day are part of the sum.

It is not a problem judgment. It is an entertainment hint to say one more sentence, not a character flaw.

Does it replace counseling or couples therapy?

It cannot. If conflict is large or safety is a concern, use a counseling service. This total is not treatment.
