How to use
- Opening the page immediately shows year-month-day and weekday at the top and a large time in the middle. There is no start button.
- The date line is the device’s local calendar, such as 23 August 2026 (Sun). Time is hours:minutes or hours:minutes:seconds.
- Leave Show seconds on to include seconds; turn it off for hours and minutes only. The default is on.
- The display updates as soon as you toggle the checkbox. There is no separate Apply button.
- To see several cities side by side, use world clock; to count down to a target time, use the countdown timer.
- This screen does not depend on the network. It works offline as long as the device clock is available.
Key concepts
The online clock is a large-type board of the local Date the browser reads. There is no time-zone list, alarm, ticking sound, or analog hands. You can only toggle seconds.
The time on screen can differ from a broadcast or exam official clock. If the device time is wrong, this page is wrong too. Values are not sent to or stored on a server. Turning seconds off still updates internally; turning them back on attaches the current second immediately. Listing many cities on one screen belongs to world clock, not this page.
Example
Put this page on a study-room monitor in full screen with seconds on so everyone in the room sees the same local time large. If seconds are distracting, turn them off and keep hours and minutes. Open world clock separately for overseas branches. For a meeting-room TV, browser full screen with seconds on works well. If the device time is wrong, the on-screen clock is wrong too—check automatic time zone in settings.

Frequently asked questions
Does the online clock need the internet?
After the page is open, only the device clock is used. It does not sync to a network time server and can be used as a large-type clock offline.
Can I hide seconds on the online clock?
Yes. Turn off Show seconds to keep hours and minutes only; turn it back on to attach the current second immediately. There is no Apply button.
Can I set an alarm on the online clock?
No. Use timer alarm for a notice after minutes or seconds, and countdown timer for a specific date and time. This screen is display-only.
How does the online clock differ from world clock?
The online clock is a single local time from your device. World clock shows several time zones such as Seoul and New York together. You can open both pages side by side.
Can I change the type size on the online clock?
There is no separate size control. Type grows or shrinks with the screen width. Browser zoom still works.
Can I turn off the date on the online clock?
The date line is always shown. The only toggle is Show seconds. Weekday is a short label from Sunday through Saturday.
