On interior and materials sites in Korea, hoebae/hebe is used for area and rube for volume. This tool treats 1 pyeong and 1 hoebae as 3.3058 m² for area, and 1 rube = 1 m³ for volume. Trade practice can differ by industry and region, so check the quote units together.
Changing only pyeong can make hebe look like the same number. Thick materials (concrete, soil) are often written in rube, not area. Results are for reference.
Example
Enter 10 pyeong and you get about 33.058 m²; hoebae is aligned with the same area factor. 2 rube is 2 m³. Looking at an 84 m² apartment only, the pyeong converter shows about 25.4 pyeong.
